Helvetia France CEO Vincent Letac and the members of the Executive Management host friendly breakfasts and answer questions from small groups of employees at all Helvetia’s sites in France. Between April and June 2024, Helvetia’s 475 employees attended 19 Executive Management breakfast meetings at the eight French regional sites. Videoconferencing was used for the La Réunion office.

These meetings give employees the opportunity to have conversations about any subject they like – whether strategy, collaboration, performance, projects, well-being at work, facilities or workflow processes.

The open discussions allow the members of the Executive Management to get a feel for what is happening in the business, adapt decisions to team expectations, and ensure that all employees fully understand company strategy and integrate it into their day-to-day work.

By nurturing this spirit of closeness and communication, Helvetia France is promoting a culture of responsiveness and innovation.
